Our Verdict

The chorus is very catchy. If you want to put the 1980s in a box, this is the pedal you need. It does, however, work well in both contemporary and 1960s-style Leslie wash contexts. It also shows that chorus doesn’t have to be a nice, shimmering sound—when it’s packaged in a well-designed stompbox and designed to go beyond the most stereotypical uses, it can rock and go much further.
